About: The Barbican Dinghy Pontoon is a pontoon against the wall at Commercial Wharf, Barbican, Plymouth. A central location for the shops of the Barbican, and sheltered from all wind directions other than a forceful Easterly. The pontoon dries out at the bottom of low water springs.
